Brian Lopresto

Managing Partner and Co-Founder
As Managing Partner of Onjax, Brian is tasked to drive the company's vision through his diverse leadership, sales, marketing, and business development experience. This experience includes sales success in the structured environment of several Fortune 500 companies as well as the in the building of entire sales and marketing divisions for several start up organizations. Most of Brian's career has been involved in sales of outsourced business process management services through the use of technology. These include Human Resource solutions, Enterprise Communications, Sales Force Automation, and Supply Chain Management solutions.

For the past 6 years, Brian's focus has been on Real Estate Technology. As Director of Business Development for LanTrax, he lead the vision for driving several new product launches, new corporate identity, and significant increase in Real Estate related sales. Brian continued a sales focus on lead generation and customer relationship management solutions as National Sales Consultant for Salesforce.com development partner, ScreenDreamer, Inc, before founding Lead Theory.

As Managing Partner of Lead Theory, Brian built his company from the ground up. Lead Theory quickly became recognized as the progressive leader in comprehensive lead capture and sales force management solutions for the Real Estate industry. This experience has prominently positioned ONJAX into world class Real Estate and Mortgage companies such as Exit Realty Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Real Estate, Wells Fargo, M & T Bank and more. Brian is a graduate of State University of New York, College at Buffalo.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from State University of New York, College at Buffalo.

Luke Brookhart

Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Luke Brookhart co-founded Onjax, LLC in 2007 with 9 nine years of experience in technology industry. At Onjax, he is responsible for the vision and leadership of the technology offerings in all product segments. These include web-based CRM applications, document transaction management for legal, finance, and real estate industries, as well as consumer-facing real estate data portals for brokerages, agencies, and franchises. He excels in the area of application development with a keen eye for exceptional functionality paired with simplistic usability. His exceptional track record in managing successful client projects has proven to be equally rewarding for both his own career and his clients’ continued success. In 2007, through lead management and tracking systems he developed, he directly helped a client achieve an astounding national recognition as the one of the top ten real estate agents in the country in units sold, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Prior to Onjax, Luke was the President and Founder at Pure Pixel Media, LLC, which is now a partner in the Onjax venture. He also has over 5 years of experience directly in the real estate industry, primarily in the mortgage financing sector, which has served him well in understanding, executing, and streamlining real estate clients’ business goals and needs. He has always believed in an inside-out approach to technology, in which technology conforms to and supports the way people do business and does not force people to do business in the way the technology works.

He holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Burlington County Community College. Because of his entrepreneurial spirit, he has mentored and encouraged others to study and become involved in efficient web application technologies and has seen many successes in their careers as a result of his forward-thinking and passionate approach.
